Public Charge Legislative Briefing

State Senator Gustavo Rivera and Assembly Member Richard Gottfried, along with a group of immigrant rights advocacy organizations, will hold a briefing for elected officials and their staff to provide an update on the chilling effects that the Trump administration’s proposed “public charge” rule could bring to New York’s immigrant communities.
