CUSICK, GLICK, HIKIND, MARKEY, PRETLOW -- read once and referred to the Committee on Codes AN ACT to amend the penal law, in relation to the crime of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree where the value of the property exceeds six hundred dollars and the stolen property consists of four or more bicycles THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 165.45 of the penal law is amended by adding a new subdivision 8 to read as follows: 8. THE VALUE OF THE PROPERTY EXCEEDS SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS AND THE PROP- ERTY CONSISTS OF FOUR OR MORE BICYCLES. S 2. This act shall take effect on the ninetieth day after it shall have become a law.
