   Committee on Racing and Wagering
 
 AN ACT to amend the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and  breeding  law,  in
   relation  to  net  revenue  distributed  by regional off-track betting
   corporations
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

   Section  1.  Subdivision  2  of section 516 of the racing, pari-mutuel
 wagering and breeding law is amended by adding a new paragraph d to read
 as follows:
   D. ANY NET REVENUE DISTRIBUTED TO  PARTICIPATING  COUNTIES  OR  CITIES
 PURSUANT  TO  PARAGRAPHS  A,  B, AND C OF THIS SUBDIVISION SHALL BE USED
 EXCLUSIVELY FOR REAL PROPERTY TAX RELIEF.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
