GUNTHER -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Corporations, Authorities and Commissions AN ACT to amend chapter 371 of the laws of 1998, amending the public authorities law relating to the construction and financing of facili- ties by the dormitory authority for the New York State Rehabilitation Association, in relation to extending the effectiveness thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 5 of chapter 371 of the laws of 1998, amending the public authorities law relating to the construction and financing of facilities by the dormitory authority for the New York State Rehabili- tation Association, as amended by chapter 169 of the laws of 2018, is amended to read as follows: § 5. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be deemed repealed on December 31, [2023] 2028. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD10227-01-3
