TITLE OF BILL:
An act to amend chapter 672 of the laws of 1993, amending the public
authorities law relating to the construction and financing of facilities
for certain public libraries, in relation to including the Farmers'
Library Company of Ogden
PURPOSE:
This bill will designate the Farmers' Library Company of Ogden, which is
located in Ogden, New York, as an eligible public library for the
purposes of Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) financ-
ing and construction services.
SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS:
Section one of this bill amends the public authorities law, relating to
the construction and financing of facilities for certain public
libraries, to include the Farmers' Library Company of Ogden.

AN ACT to amend chapter 672 of the laws of 1993, amending the public
authorities law relating to the construction and financing of facili-
ties for certain public libraries, in relation to including the Farm-
ers' Library Company of Ogden
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 5 of chapter 672 of the laws of 1993, amending the
public authorities law relating to the construction and financing of
facilities for certain public libraries, is amended by adding a new
subdivision 56 to read as follows:
56. FARMERS' LIBRARY COMPANY OF OGDEN.
§ 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets
[ ] is old law to be omitted.
