This is a bad bill that stands to hurt any events, sweepstakes that don't require a purchase for anything offered in NY State regardless of what is being offered or the chances.
There are no "kids" being affected by these sweepstakes casinos- you need to be over 18 and provide a passport or drivers license and a utility bill to even log in to the website. New York is just angry that they don't get a cut of the money these casinos make because they aren't playing with real money. We pay through the nose for no increased value every single year, they just want to strong arm everyone into poverty. So corrupt.
