Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) Applications

The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) is a federally funded program that issues heating benefits to supplement an eligible household’s annual energy costs.  HEAP will also offer an emergency benefit beginning in January for eligible households.

I will have a representative from HEAP in my office from 9:30am - 3:30pm on the following dates:

Friday, January 3, 2020
Every Thursday beginning January 9, 2020, for as long as the program remains open.
