I invite you to join me and my colleague, State Senator Liz Krueger, for a Virtual Town Hall to discuss the New York State Homeowner Assistance Fund on Thursday, January 6th from 7pm to 8:30pm
The Homeowner Assistance Fund is a relief program funded by the federal government and administered by New York State Homes and Community Renewal. The program is intended to assist homeowners, including condo owners and coop shareholders, who are at risk of default, foreclosure, or displacement.
We are excited to share important information about how this program may be able to assist you and we encourage any homeowner who is struggling with mortgage payments, property taxes, or maintenance fees as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic to join us. Please see the flyer attached for more information, and follow this link to register for the event. Feel free to contact us at 212-298-5565 or kavanagh@nysenate.gov with any questions.
