New York’s SFY 2009-10 Budget includes legal and financial support for the Adirondack Region Medical Home. The Adirondack Medical Home project has been highlighted as a special initiative to improve healthcare delivery by enhancing access to primary care.
New York is a national innovator when it comes to the medical home, and the Adirondack Region Medical Home project is a leading example.
