Juneteenth Men's Health Fair

Senator Sanders will be hosting a Men's Health Fair, in co-sponsorship with several other elected officials. This beach celebration will be a day of self-care and mental health awareness for the men in our District. There will be several civics and healthcare organizations present, as well as live music and a health screening van. Come take advantage of free hypertension screening, blood pressure screening, colon exams and HIV testing! The Pfizer vaccine will also be distributed at the fair on a first come, first serve basis.

We most certainly won't forget to also take the time to honor and observe Juneteenth, a holiday celebrated on the 19th of June to commemorate the the emancipation of those who had been enslaved in the US.
