Community Clergy Breakfast
State Senator James Sanders Jr. (D-Rochdale Village, Far Rockaway) will be holding his monthly clergy breakfast on March 31, 2016 from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Macedonia Baptist Church, 330 Beach 67th Street, Arverne, NY 11692.
Recent threats to institutions within our community have called for a need for greater security within our houses of worship.
Guest speaker David Pollock, associate executive director and director of public policy at the Jewish Community Relations Council will be working with clergy to get safety grants from the Department of Homeland Security.
Come out and learn how to get the funds for camera installation and other security measures to ensure your safety.
