The CARES Act gives student loan borrowers some temporary relief and it is important that New Yorkers learn the details as to how it can benefit them. As a result, the Education Debt Consumer Assistance Program (EDCAP), in partnership with Senator James Sanders Jr., is offering a FREE webinar on “Managing Student Loans Amid COVID-19” on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 3:30 PM.
The goal of this webinar is for participants to get the latest updates about the relief available through the CARES Act, learn about their repayment options, and how to avoid (or get out of) default.
EDCAP will also provide remote one-on-one counseling assistance to participants after the webinar.
