Community Clergy Breakfast

Schools in low-income and African American communities have historically been short changed in education. With a public school system that is too big too fail and the growing number of charter schools emerging into our communities, how do we choose the best education for our next generation? 

Currently, NYC public schools are owed $1.6 billion dollars in funding. This clergy breakfast presentation by Billy Easton, Executive Director of the Alliance for Quality Education will aim to examine how we can get the funding owed to our schools and determine which forms of education are best for the advancement of our community.
