Hurricane Sandy Remembrance & Recovery Event

Please join us on Sunday, October 29, 2017 for our 5th Annual Hurricane Sandy Remembrance & Recovery Walk. We will assemble on Beach 67th Street on the boardwalk at 4pm. We will be joined by our community partners for a moment of prayer and silence as we reflect on those who have passed away and are no longer with us and pray for those who are still struggling to rebuild their lives. We will also have a recovery walk to Battalion Pentecostal Church located at 454 Beach 67th Street where there will be a presentation and training administered by the U.S Army and World Cares NY. NYLAG will also have information on grants available to lowering your flood insurance.
