Halloween Early Voting Event Wear a Costume and Get Free Candy
It's time to make your voices heard. Vote early and wear your best costume!
Senator James Sanders Jr. (D-Rochdale Village, Far Rockaway) in cooperation with the NYC Board of Elections invites residents to vote early at a special event to be held at 2 p.m. on Halloween, Sunday, October 31, 2021 at the Rockaway YMCA, located at 207 Beach 73rd Street, Arverne, NY 11692.
Senator Sanders will hand out candy and other treats to everyone who comes to vote wearing a costume. The person with the best costume will get an extra special prize.
Note: Only those who are designated for this poll location will actually be allowed to vote along with the senator, but everyone is asked to come out and show their support and encourage others to vote early.
