Senator John E. Brooks, in partnership with Massapequa Takes Action, hosts a Drug Take Back Day where residents can safely dispose of medications.
Turn in your unused or expired medication for safe disposal.
- Keep all medications in the original containers
- Block out name for anonymity
- Do not cross out medication information
Items that cannot be accepted include thermometers, IV bags, needles, chemo drugs or liquids of any type.
