Please join Senator José Peralta for a series of foreclosure prevention workshops. Presentations will include sessions with loan specialists from reputable organizations that specialize in preventing foreclosures.
Attendees should bring two copies of the following documents:
-Hardship letter
-Two most recent pay stubs
-Last two month's bank statements
-2008/2009/2010 tax returns
-Letters/notices of default or foreclosure
-Breakdown of monthly household expenses
-Photo ID (unexpired driver's license, state-issued ID or passport)
-Social security number
