Senator Addabbo Hosts Mobile Office at Middle Village Library
Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. is looking forward to meeting one-on-one with his constituents at his upcoming Mobile Office event on Thursday, July 11, 2024, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Woodhaven Library, located at 85-41 Forest Parkway in Woodhaven.
These events are held throughout the year to allow Senator Addabbo to hear directly from his constituents about the problems and concerns that are a priority to them. This allows Senator Addabbo to plan better legislatively, as well as keep an eye on issues throughout the district that need attention, working with the community and the appropriate agencies to get them resolved.
Mobile Offices are held at libraries throughout the district in the evenings to give people the opportunity to speak with Senator Addabbo after work, when it may fit more conveniently into their schedule.
“I want to be as accessible as possible to my constituents,” Addabbo said. “Individuals trust me to represent them effectively as their elected official, so they should be able to speak to me face-to-face whenever possible. I know not everyone can come to my office during regular business hours, so I have created these additional opportunities because I want to hear directly from constituents about the issues affecting their lives and advise them how I can help.”
