Annual Job Fair

This November, State Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. will once again host his annual large-scale, free Job Fair at Resorts World Casino NYC in Ozone Park for those looking for employment.

On November 17, 2023, representatives from companies from across the state, that are looking for new employees, will be present at Resorts World Casino NYC, located at 110-00 Rockaway Boulevard, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to accept resumes from jobseekers.

If you are a business that is growing and needs to find employees, a new business seeking a start up a staff or an existing company that just has not been able to find the right match for your open positions, then this is the event for you. Senator Addabbo has consistently been able to match job seekers and employers at this annual event for many years.

Companies, organizations, recruiters, and agencies across the Tri-State area are invited to participate in this Job Fair, free of charge. Each company who registers will have an assigned table with chairs and may request access to a power source. Job seekers will be able to walk around the event space and interact with each table.

Over the years, through wonderful partnerships with hundreds of local businesses and major national corporations, these events have helped connect thousands of New Yorkers with opportunities for steady employment, ultimately helping to boost the overall economic health of our borough, city and state.

It is recommended that jobseekers come to the Job Fair dressed in business attire and have plenty of copies of their resumes with them to give out to the companies in attendance.

Resorts World has a free parking lot for prospective jobseekers in the lot directly across from the casino entrance, and the building is wheelchair accessible to accommodate everyone.
