Brown Bag Medication Review Program

What is a Brown Bag Review?

Seniors are asked to gather all of their medications (prescriptions, over-the-counter medications and supplements), put them in a "bag" and bring them in!  At this event, you will sit down with a pharmacist, one-on-one, to review all of your medications.  Upon completion of your review, you will be provided with a personal medication record.
