Documents must be signed in notary's present and have a government issued id prior to signing (State Driver's License US Passport, International Passport, or Federal ID card.
For Constituents- individuals only. From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Come have your document notarized.
Documents that can be notarized include Property Deeds (real estate), Mortgage loan documents, Employment Contracts, Court Documents, Power of Attorney, Financial Statements, Wills, and Promissory Notes.
Documents that CANNOT be notarized: Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Death Certificate, and Articles of incorporation for a business.
An appointment is not needed. However if you wish to make an appointment call the district office at 718-649-7653.
