November 6, 2015Senator Rev. Ruben Diaz Grand Marshal of Bronx Veterans Day Parade
The Bronx Veterans Parade Task Team, Inc. will conduct is annual Bronx Veterans Day Parade on Saturday, November 7, 2015 starting at 12:00 noon at East 175th Street and Crotona Parkway in the Bronx. The parade organizers have selected New York State Senator Rev Ruben Diaz (D-Bronx), who served in the US Army from 1960-1962, to be the Grand Marshal.
The Parade will travel all the way on Southern Boulevard to the West Farms Old Soldiers Cemetery at East 180th Street and Bryant Avenue, where there will be a Memorial Service. The Parade will end at Vidalia Park at East 180th Street (between Vyse and Daly Avenues.)
Mr. James L. Wilson, President of the Bronx Veterans Parade Task Team, Inc. is inviting everyone to join and honor those past and present Veterans and Military Personnel who have served this nation with dignity and honor.
