SERINO’S OFFICE SERVING AS ADDITIONAL COLLECTION SITE FOR UNITED WAY ‘BACK-TO-SCHOOL’ DRIVE

HYDE PARK, NY - To help ensure students and teachers have a successful school year, Senator Serino announced today that her Hyde Park District Office will be serving as an additional collection site for the United Way of the Dutchess-Orange Region’s Annual ‘Back-to-School’ Drive. Donations will be accepted from Thursday, August 4, 2022, until Thursday, August 18, 2022.

“With prices continuing to rise as families begin planning for the upcoming school year, we want to do all that we can to make sure students, parents and teachers have the supplies and tools they will need to succeed,” said Senator Sue Serino. “I cannot thank the United Way enough for once again hosting their annual ‘back-to-school drive’ to help set students up for success in the classroom while providing relief for families who may be struggling to make ends meet, and I hope that our neighbors will join us in supporting this important cause.”
