New York State Senate Finance Committee Chair Carl Kruger and Assembly Ways and Means Committee Chair Herman “Denny” Farrell will conduct a joint budget hearing to examine the full fiscal consequences—including proposed cuts—of the Governor’s mental health and hygiene budget on critical programs throughout the state.
