AN ACT to repeal paragraph i of subdivision 1 of  section  1014  of  the
  racing,  pari-mutuel  wagering and breeding law relating to facilities
  authorized to accept wagers on out-of-state tracks

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Subparagraphs (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) of paragraph i of
subdivision 1 of section 1014 of the racing,  pari-mutuel  wagering  and
breeding law are REPEALED.
  S 2. Paragraph i of subdivision 1 of section 1014 of the racing, pari-
mutuel wagering and breeding law is REPEALED.
  S 3. This act shall take effect immediately except that section two of
this act shall take effect March 15, 2009.

  tee on Racing and Wagering -- reported and referred to  the  Committee
  on  Ways  and  Means  --  committee  discharged, bill amended, ordered
  reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee

AN ACT to repeal sections 22, 23 and 24 of chapter 115 of  the  laws  of
  2008  amending  the  racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breeding law and
  the public officers law  relating  to  the  New  York  city  off-track
  betting  corporation,  relating  to  retention  rates  for  facilities
  authorized to accept wagers on out-of-state tracks

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Sections 22, 23 and 24 of chapter 115 of the laws of 2008
amending the racing, pari-mutuel  wagering  and  breeding  law  and  the
public  officers  law  relating  to  the New York city off-track betting
corporation are REPEALED.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
