COOK, EDDINGTON, ESPAILLAT -- Multi-Sponsored by -- M. of A. GLICK, GOTTFRIED, JOHN -- read once and referred to the Committee on Environmental Conservation AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to the suspension or revocation of fishing, hunting and trapping licenses pursuant to the interstate wildlife violator compact THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subdivision 1 of section 71-0919 of the environmental conservation law is amended by adding a new paragraph g to read as follows: G. IN THE CASE OF HAVING A LICENSE PRIVILEGE REVOKED OR SUSPENDED BY A PARTICIPATING STATE IN THE INTERSTATE WILDLIFE VIOLATOR COMPACT ENACTED UNDER TITLE TWENTY-FIVE OF ARTICLE ELEVEN OF THIS CHAPTER, THE VIOLATION AND SUBSEQUENT REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION IN THE PARTICIPATING STATE SHALL CONSTITUTE THE BASIS FOR REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION IN THIS STATE FOR THE SAME PRIVILEGES AND PERIOD OF TIME.
