AN ACT to amend a chapter of the laws of  2010,  amending  the  domestic
  relations  law  relating  to the payment of counsel and expert fees in
  matrimonial actions, as proposed in legislative bills numbers S.4532-A
  and A.7569-A, in relation to the  effective  date  of  the  provisions
  thereof

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Section 3 of a chapter of the laws of  2010,  amending  the
domestic  relations  law  relating  to the payment of counsel and expert
fees in matrimonial actions, as proposed in  legislative  bills  numbers
S.4532-A and A. 7569-A, is amended to read as follows:
  S  3. This act shall take effect on the [one hundred twentieth] SIXTI-
ETH day after it shall have become a law and shall apply to actions  and
proceedings commenced  on or after such effective date.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
