LANCMAN -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Governmental Employees AN ACT to repeal paragraph (b) of subdivision 2 of section 75-b of the civil service law, in relation to enacting the "public employee whist- leblower protection act" THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Short title. This act shall be known and may be cited as the "public employee whistleblower protection act". S 2. Paragraph (b) of subdivision 2 of section 75-b of the civil service law is REPEALED. S 3. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD10222-02-9
