AN  ACT  in  relation to authorizing the village of Matinecock to expend
  certain trust funds for the restoration of Planting Fields Road

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the village of
Matinecock, town of Oyster Bay, county of Nassau is hereby authorized to
expend trust funds from the recreation site and improvement fund of such
village for the repair, renovation and restoration  of  Planting  Fields
Road, the primary access road to a state historic park known as Planting
Fields  Arboretum  located  in  such  village. Such expenditure of trust
funds shall be made by majority vote of the board  of  trustees  of  the
village  of  Matinecock and shall not exceed a total of fifty-nine thou-
sand dollars ($59,000).
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
