AN ACT to amend the agriculture and markets law, in relation to labeling
  of commercial feed

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1. Paragraph (e) of subdivision 1 of section 130 of the agri-
culture and markets law, as added by chapter 816 of the laws of 1974, is
amended to read as follows:
  (e) The name [and], principal mailing address AND TELEPHONE NUMBER  of
the  manufacturer or the person responsible for distributing the commer-
cial feed.
  S 2. Paragraph (a) of subdivision 2 of section 130 of the  agriculture
and markets law, as added by chapter 816 of the laws of 1974, is amended
to read as follows:
  (a)  Name [and], PHYSICAL address AND TELEPHONE NUMBER of the manufac-
turer.
  S 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
