AN ACT to amend the  public  health  law,  in  relation  to  authorizing
  certain campgrounds to provide a list of dumping stations

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Section 225 of the public health law is amended by adding a
new subdivision 5-d to read as follows:
  5-D. THE SANITARY CODE SHALL AUTHORIZE A CAMPGROUND  WITH  FIFTEEN  OR
FEWER CAMPSITES WHICH DOES NOT HAVE A DUMPING STATION TO PROVIDE A WRIT-
TEN  LIST OF AT LEAST THREE DUMPING STATIONS WITHIN A THIRTY MILE RADIUS
OF THE CAMPGROUND. EACH SUCH CAMPGROUND WHICH DOES NOT  HAVE  A  DUMPING
STATION  SHALL  INSPECT  EACH  CAMPSITE UPON THE ARRIVAL AND EXIT OF ANY
OCCUPANT, AND AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK WHILE THE CAMPSITE IS OCCUPIED.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
