BARCLAY, CONTE, GIGLIO, MOLINARO, OAKS, SAYWARD -- read once and referred to the Committee on Codes AN ACT to repeal section 396-ff of the general business law relating to the pistol and revolver ballistic identification databank THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 396-ff of the general business law is REPEALED. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD00458-01-1
