S T A T E O F N E W Y O R K ________________________________________________________________________ 6912 2011-2012 Regular Sessions I N A S S E M B L Y April 5, 2011 ___________ Introduced by M. of A. MONTESANO -- read once and referred to the Committee on Local Governments AN ACT to authorize the village of Oyster Bay Cove, town of Oyster Bay, county of Nassau to expend trust funds for the construction of a village hall and police headquarters THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the village of Oyster Bay Cove, town of Oyster Bay, county of Nassau is hereby author- ized to expend trust funds from the recreation site and improvement fund of such village for the purpose of construction of a Village Hall and Police Headquarters. Such expenditure of trust funds shall be made by majority vote of the board of trustees of the village of Oyster Bay Cove and shall not exceed a total of $955,851. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD10462-01-1
