GRAF, BOYLE, MURRAY, RAIA -- read once and referred to the Committee on Corporations, Authorities and Commissions AN ACT to repeal section 1020-dd of the public authorities law, relating to the prohibition of acceptance by the Long Island power authority of preference hydroelectricity THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 1020-dd of the public authorities law is REPEALED. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD13411-01-1
