BILL NUMBER:S2027 TITLE OF BILL: An act to amend the public housing law, in relation to required installation of carbon monoxide detectors SUMMARY: §152-a. Safety requirements; carbon monoxide. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: To be determined. EFFECTIVE DATE: This act shall take effect on the first of October next succeeding the date on which it shall have become a law.
