AN ACT to amend chapter 54 of the laws  of  2011  enacting  the  capital
  projects  budget,  in  relation  to  additional advances for the state
  share of financial assistance to community  colleges  for  alterations
  and improvements

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. That part, entitled "state university of New York, communi-
ty colleges", of section 1 of chapter 54 of the laws  of  2011  enacting
the  capital  projects  budget, is amended by repealing the items herein
below set forth in brackets and by adding  to  such  section  the  other
items italicized in this section.

                      STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK
                           COMMUNITY COLLEGES

For  the comprehensive construction programs, purposes and
  projects as herein  specified  in  accordance  with  the
  following:
