GABRYSZAK -- read once and referred to the Committee on Transportation AN ACT in relation to discontinuing the collection of tolls at the Grand Island bridges in the Niagara section of the New York state thruway THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of law, the New York State thruway authority shall discontinue the collection of tolls at the Grand Island bridges in the Niagara section of the Governor Thomas E. Dewey Thruway, as such section is described in subdivision 8 of section 356 of the public authorities law. S 2. This act shall take effect on the ninetieth day after it shall have become a law.
