MILLMAN -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Education AN ACT to repeal subdivision 3 of section 3003 of the education law, relating to qualifications of superintendents THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subdivision 3 of section 3003 of the education law is REPEALED. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD01922-01-3
