ENGLEBRIGHT -- read once and referred to the Committee on Environmental Conservation AN ACT to amend chapter 625 of the laws of 2008, amending the environ- mental conservation law relating to the management and disposal of drugs, in relation to the effectiveness thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 3 of chapter 625 of the laws of 2008, amending the environmental conservation law relating to the management and disposal of drugs, is amended to read as follows: S 3. This act shall take effect on the one hundred eightieth day after it shall have become a law; provided, however, that section two of this act shall expire on December 31, [2010] 2015. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall be deemed to have been in full force and effect on and after December 31, 2010. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD09503-01-3
