ABINANTI -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Transportation AN ACT to amend the transportation law, in relation to the creation of a website where motorists can report potholes THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 13 of the transportation law is amended by adding a new subdivision 3 to read as follows: 3. THE COMMISSIONER SHALL CREATE AN INTERACTIVE WEBSITE WHERE MOTOR- ISTS CAN REPORT THE LOCATIONS OF POTHOLES, CHECK THE STATUS OF THEIR REPAIR AND VIEW THE LOCATIONS OF REPORTED POTHOLES TO BE AVOIDED. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately; provided, however, that effective immediately, the addition, amendment and/or repeal of any rule or regulation necessary for the implementation of this act on its effec- tive date is authorized to be made and completed on or before such effective date.
