BRONSON -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Labor AN ACT to repeal subdivision 11 of section 590 of the labor law, relat- ing to benefits based on non-professional employment with certain educational institutions THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subdivision 11 of section 590 of the labor law is REPEALED. S 2. This act shall take effect on the first of January next succeed- ing the date on which it shall have become a law. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD05486-01-3
