BARCLAY, CROUCH, OAKS -- read once and referred to the Committee on Real Property Taxation AN ACT to amend the real property tax law, in relation to exempting assessors from small municipalities from having to file financial disclosure statements THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subdivision 3 of section 334 of the real property tax law, as added by chapter 548 of the laws of 2003, is amended to read as follows: 3. Notwithstanding the provisions of subdivision one of this section, the provisions of section three hundred thirty-six of this title shall apply to every assessing unit and consolidated assessing unit in this state WITH POPULATIONS OF FIFTY THOUSAND OR MORE.
