S T A T E O F N E W Y O R K ________________________________________________________________________ 10659 I N A S S E M B L Y June 10, 2016 ___________ Introduced by COMMITTEE ON RULES -- (at request of M. of A. Lavine) -- read once and referred to the Committee on Codes AN ACT to amend the criminal procedure law, in relation to adding certain animal fighting conduct as a designated offense for an eaves- dropping or video surveillance warrant THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subdivision 8 of section 700.05 of the criminal procedure law is amended by adding a new paragraph (v) to read as follows: (V) ANY OF THE ACTS DESIGNATED AS FELONIES IN SECTION THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE OF THE AGRICULTURE AND MARKETS LAW. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD15248-02-6
