AN  ACT  to  amend  the  local finance law, in relation to the period of
  probable usefulness of additions to or conversions of class "C" build-
  ings

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Item  3 of clause (a) of subdivision 12 of paragraph a of
section 11.00 of the local finance law, as amended by section 4 of  part
A of chapter 93 of the laws of 2002, is amended to read as follows:
  (3)  The  construction  of  an  addition or additions to or the recon-
struction of a class "C" building, whether or not such  construction  or
reconstruction  includes  grading  or  improvement  of  the  site, [ten]
FIFTEEN years.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
