BLANKENBUSH, FINCH -- Multi-Sponsored by -- M. of A. BARCLAY, HAWLEY, OAKS -- read once and referred to the Committee on Local Governments AN ACT to amend the local finance law, in relation to the period of probable usefulness of additions to or conversions of class "C" build- ings THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Item 3 of clause (a) of subdivision 12 of paragraph a of section 11.00 of the local finance law, as amended by section 4 of part A of chapter 93 of the laws of 2002, is amended to read as follows: (3) The construction of an addition or additions to or the recon- struction of a class "C" building, whether or not such construction or reconstruction includes grading or improvement of the site, [ten] FIFTEEN years. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD08721-01-5
