AN ACT to amend the highway law, in relation to designating the  Elting-
  ville transit center

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. The highway law is amended by adding a new section  332  to
read as follows:
  S  322.  TRANSIT  CENTER TO BE DESIGNATED AS THE "IRAQ AND AFGHANISTAN
WAR VETERANS' MEMORIAL TRANSIT CENTER". THE ELTINGVILLE  TRANSIT  CENTER
LOCATED IN ELTINGVILLE, STATEN ISLAND IN RICHMOND COUNTY SHALL BE DESIG-
NATED  AS  THE  "IRAQ  AND  AFGHANISTAN  WAR  VETERANS' MEMORIAL TRANSIT
CENTER".
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

AN ACT in relation to designating the Eltingville transit center as  the
  "Iraq War and Afghanistan War Veterans' Memorial Transit Center"

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Notwithstanding any other law, ruling, regulation, determi-
nation or order, the Eltingville transit center located in  Eltingville,
Staten  Island  in  Richmond county shall be designated as the "Iraq War
and Afghanistan War Veterans' Memorial Transit Center".
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
