  printed to be committed to the Committee on Environmental Conservation

AN ACT to amend chapter 455 of the laws of 2011  amending  the  environ-
  mental  conservation  law  relating to authorizing angling by a single
  individual with up to three lines in freshwater, in relation to making
  the provisions thereof permanent

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Section 2 of chapter 455 of the laws of 2011 amending the
environmental conservation law relating  to  authorizing  angling  by  a
single  individual  with  up to three lines in freshwater, as amended by
chapter 116 of the laws of 2015, is amended to read as follows:
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately [and shall expire  and  be
deemed repealed December 31, 2017].
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
