  printed to be committed to the Committee on Cultural Affairs, Tourism,
  Parks and Recreation

AN ACT to amend chapter 267 of the laws of  1988,  amending  the  parks,
  recreation  and  historic  preservation  law  relating to the lease of
  state property included in the Glimmerglass state park, in relation to
  extending the expiration and repeal of the provisions thereof

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1. Section 2 of chapter 267 of the laws of 1988, amending the
parks, recreation and historic preservation law relating to the lease of
state property included in the Glimmerglass state park,  is  amended  to
read as follows:
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall have been deemed
to be in full force and effect on January first, nineteen hundred eight-
y-eight.  This  act  shall expire on January first, two thousand [seven-
teen] FORTY-SEVEN, and shall be deemed repealed.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
