PAULIN, DINOWITZ, OTIS, SEAWRIGHT, D'URSO -- read once and referred to the Committee on Corporations, Authorities and Commissions AN ACT to repeal subdivision 18-a of section 1261 of the public authori- ties law relating to the definition of "transportation purpose" for purposes of the metropolitan transportation authority THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subdivision 18-a of section 1261 of the public authorities law is REPEALED. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD07559-01-7
