 AN  ACT  to amend the domestic relations law, in relation to persons who
   may solemnize marriages
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Section  11  of  the domestic relations law is amended by
 adding a new subdivision 2-a to read as follows:
   2-A. A MEMBER OF THE NEW YORK STATE LEGISLATURE,  PROVIDED  THAT  SUCH
 PERSON SHALL NOT CHARGE OR RECEIVE A FEE.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
