 AN ACT to amend the highway law, in relation to the portion of the state
   highway  system known as the "Marine Corporal James J. Jackowski Memo-
   rial Highway"
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Section 344-e of the highway law, as added by chapter 370
 of the laws of 2016, is amended to read as follows:
   § 344-e. Portion of the state highway system to be designated  as  the
 "Marine  [Lance] Corporal James J. Jackowski Memorial Highway". All that
 portion of the state highway system constituting state route thirty-five
 in the town of Lewisboro, county of Westchester, beginning at the inter-
 section of state route thirty-five and state route one  hundred  twenty-
 four,  continuing in a generally easterly direction on state route thir-
 ty-five, and terminating at the intersection of state route  thirty-five
 and  Ridgefield  avenue,  shall  be  designated and known as the "Marine
 [Lance] Corporal James J. Jackowski Memorial Highway".
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
